What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where faces are in focus. Phone photos are fine. If a photo won't etch well, we'll tell you before anything is made.

Will I see it before it's etched?

Yes. We build a digital mockup of your crystal and only etch once you approve it.

Does it come with a light base?

Yes — every crystal includes an LED light base at no extra cost. Upright crystals ship with a silver base; wide crystals ship with a black base.

How does shipping and pickup work?

Orders of $150 or more ship free. Smaller orders ship by USPS for a flat $8.95. Prefer to pick it up? Choose free local pickup in Manor, TX at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready. Orders of $350 or more also get 15% off automatically.

Can I add names or a date?
