How long does it take?
Every item is custom made, so production usually takes 2 to 5 business days before shipping. Need it by a certain date? Let us know and we’ll do our best.
How does shipping and pickup work?
Orders of $150 or more ship free. Smaller orders ship by USPS for a flat $8.95. Prefer to pick it up? Choose free local pickup in Manor, TX at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready. Orders of $350 or more also get 15% off automatically.
Can I make changes or request something custom?
Absolutely. Most items can be personalized with names, photos, logos or a special message, and we’re happy to quote fully custom projects. Contact us with your idea.

Yes. We make orders for businesses, schools, churches, teams and events, and volume discounts are available on many products. Ask for a quote.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right with a replacement or another fair solution.
